    8) I'd have to go with an O'Doul's Amber non-alcoholic Beer for the flavor. I'd flaunt it at a Bear sitting in the weeds looking for some joy.

At best he could only arrest me for being "legally drunk." :P :?

My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.

Responsibility is the ability to choose your response. Victims choose to be controlled by outside forces, Responsible people maintain control by making a choice.

yeah, just don't get caught with an "open container" in the CMV.

oh yeah, enter and exit through the passenger door- without ever setting your butt on the chair! -or better if you have an "excape hatch" on the sleeper.

If we are to follow Golfhobo's guidance, you are dead wrong HB.

Golfhobo has consistently and strenuously argued time and time again that the possession and consumption of alcohol in a CMV is perfectly legal, as long as the CMV operator is on Line 1 or 2. It's hard for me to believe that Golfhobo could be wrong! :x

If one is to follow the Golfhobo example, it is the "spirit" of the regulation that matters the most, as opposed to the actual wording.

Nevertheless, I'm with you on this headborg!
