LOL G

I do like International my Oldman had one back in the day before he started buying petes and he said they were good trucks. I drove a 9900 and a 9200 i really like the cabs on them.

I like the way the Pro Sleepers are laid out. I like it much better than the one on my KW. International makes a tough truck.

We have 9200i and they are J.U.N.K. as far as I am concerned.

Ill take a freightliner any day of the week over an Intertrashional. I wouldnt even appy at Heartland until they get rid of the ones they have now. I feel sorry for the Walmart guys driving those 1/2 sleeper models over the road.

No thanks.

You can get a good or bad truck in any brand. There really isn't much difference between any of them other than the skin. If you look at the mechanics they all pretty much have the same engines, drive trains, etc., I am not adverse to buying Freightliners. I would not let a brand determine my decision. I buy trucks based upon value. If I feel that a truck is a good value, then I will buy it. A dealer tried to sell me a package deal of 3 FLD's a few months ago. I came close to buying them. If I ran across a good deal with a Freightliner and I needed a truck I would buy it. I had some concerns about one of the trucks. And I was not sure how well they had been maintained. I think you can get good service out of either brand as long as you take care of it.

I def agree when it comes to used trucks and prior maintenance!

I just cannot figure out how two trucks can have the same trans and the I.H. has the worst clutch brake I have ever had the misfortune to have to use. Takes forever to be able to put into gear at a stop light. And its not just one, its all of our I.H.s Our K.W.s and Freightliners, same Fuller 10 speed, dont have that problem.

I just got home from GATS up in Dallas. Looked at the volvo 730's and 880's that were there..like the fact that they have the 53" bunk option.

However.......... I got to finally check out the International "Lonestar". The line to climb inside was 30 minutes long...and no less than 6 Peterbilt people were in the middle of that line. I just took some pix after checking out the engine compartment. T'is a BEE-U-Tee-FULL truck indeed. I did get to check out the split modual, of the Lonestar configuration, that was sitting on the floor. Cab is nice..sleeper is roomie...but then, my 9400 sleeper is roomier than any Pete or KW.

I gotta admit...the Cascadia wasn't bad either...and that DD15 is going to be OK I think.
