What's so strange about that? Go to High Point, North Carolina, and you'll see the exact same thing, as chassis are transported on public roads to and from the various buildings owned by Thomas Built Buses. Granted, you're not going to see them on the Interstate, but all it is is a chassis, without the cab or body yet installed. Hell, I used to haul those things all the time when I pulled flatbeds for Swift, with most of them going to Fleetwood or Utilimaster in Indiana. Now whoever it is driving that thing had damn sure best go easy on the brakes, unless he wants to learn what it's like to go flying without needing wings.
