Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

    Oh geez...Boo Hoo Hoo
Without 'em you guys wouldnt have any work at all.
I have had great dispatchers and never had a problem getting home. Drivers are not assertive enough with their dispatchers and just keep taking it the behind so they got something to complain about.
Everything I need to know about driving a truck I learned from watching "DUEL"

I guess you've never had one get completely IRATE because you can't be at the location in 15 minutes... After all, it's only a quarter inch on the map...
    Destroy the cities...
    and they will rebuild them.
    Destroy the farms...
and grass will grow in the streets of the cities.

Destroy the economy of the blue-collar worker...
and grass will grow in the executive offices.

    The bill has come due.

Was just having some fun, I cant complain mine have all been decent to me. Have to wake them up every once in awhile when they forget something but then again try managing40-50 drivers and dealing with the customers, would not want their job.

Now that is the truth. Just like at my job everyone finds something to complain about everyday of the work week, complain when we are slow and busy.
Just another man trying to make a living
