Have you considered calling Schneider and talking with a recruiter? If I were wanting to work for a carrier I would start with them first. However, most carriers will want you to be at least 21-23 years old for insurance purposes. In any case, give them a call. You never know what a company will do until you contact them directly.

I don't know that I would worry much about the job history. You're young and still trying to find yor place in the world, a bit of job hopping isn't so odd.

But, you're going to have to bide your time until you are 21. Right now you can't legally cross state lines in a CMV, so no OTR for you. You might still check with any of the big carriers with terminals near you. You might get lucky and find a gig running shuttles or a yard dog, get your foot in the door that way.
