Nope, you'll get a new physical every time you start with a new company (generally speaking).

Most companies will have you take a new physical, however if you do have a current DOT physical, have possession of the long form and the card, take them with you to orientation. Every once in a blue moon a company will accept them, but only if you have both the longform and the card.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.
