I see all the points made on here, the thread was just about a truck driver that is a molester and it took off from there, and I guess your right about have him in a truck that is the best place for him other than PRISON and some drunks and addict can change and I know that but for the most part they reuse or OD and windwalker I agree with ya but like you said no telling how many times he did it before he was popped and if he still does it, but you dont make a mistake like OOPPSS I touched a 7 year old girl you should not even be thinking anything along those lines at all thats just unreal to me! And you can find anything on anybody, criminal,forcloseures,tickets,etc........... which is the same thing for sex offenders its just free and I'm very glad they have it so you know exactly what kind of sicko lives next door!

Friends of mine who have done time have told me stories about them (short eyes)in prison,they don't last long.

I think sbatson has every right to be concerned and to voice his opinion , after all he is the one that has to live near this guy. Now having said that , I believe if this guy has really , really made a change then he has paid for his crime here on earth and will continue to thru the regestry for a long time. As far as the after life, that is between him and GOD , and you know what ,GOD can do a much better job of taking care of this than all of us put together.

The whole sex offender registry is downright disgraceful and unconstitutional! If he's living in a house, driving a truck, that means he did his time, and that's the end of that!

What's next? A burglery registry? A shoplifting registry? A drug conviction registry? A RECKLESS DRIVING registry? Hell, all of these are likely to offend again!

I agree, he's likely a sick bastard, but for every one on that list, there are probably a dozen of them elsewhere who never got caught. The only difference is that driver you're so concerned about may have actually learned a lesson!


Only in america can you get a life sentence without actually getting a life sentence...

One of the hot news segments today on CNN was about a child molester that a judge sentenced to 5 yrs house arrest, 10 yrs probation, and also has to have signs on each side of his home that read " A Sexual predator lives here" and the same attached to his car. he also is not allowed in any vehicle without the signs attached.

in the interview he said he feels like he is "in prison" as well should he.

he got off lucky in my opinion. by rights he should have been castrated, and fed his own sack while he had a hot iron shoved where the sun didnt shine, and then killed. but thats just my opinion and it stands same for any sexual deviant out there.

We had one of those "not so bad" regestered sex offenders in my town. The stupid judge seemed to think that his crime wasnt serious enough to put him in jail and just gave him probabtion and made him regester. 5 years later (just last year) he decided it was time for him to grab a 11 year old waiting for school at a bus stop, drag her into the bushes and rape her. If that was my daughter, I would probably be in prison myself right now for shooting a pervert AND A JUDGE.

Sexual deviants have been in society since the begining of time, go back to the cave man dragging his woman in the cave for sex, The Old Testament is filled with deviant behavior, the days of the Roman Empire, we can go on and on about Sexual behavior and whats drives a man or woman to do things others may think are deviant.
In my opinion Child Molestation is deviant and unacceptable, However my Grandmother was married at the age of 13 in the Azore islands before coming to America this was less then 100 years ago. As a chef in Denver I worked closely with a rabbi during a kosher wedding where the bride was 15 years old this wedding also included the Rabbi being present in the room while the husband took her virginity the year 1994. What may be deviant to us may not deviant to others....
Humans are sexual beings driven by the need for gratification some of us can control these needs others have no clue while still others just live their lives and enjoy themselves with other consenting adults. What my wife and I do behind closed doors may or may not be considered deviant but as long as it is consenting and does not effect you or children then what does it matter?

As a parent of 4 children, having these predators in ones neighborhood or even next door takes on a whole different meaning. these predators are no different than the lowliest varmint on the farm. last year during duncans rampage i feared constantly for my childrens safety. only now to see him in prison basically getting no "real" Punishment for his brutal crimes. there should be no second chances for these warped minded individuals. their crimes are in my opinion, worse than murder. a bullet to the head, or a extended lifetime of daily torture with medical technology to keep them alive to recieve more torture is too good for them even then. they are monsters, scum on the land. a death sentence to them is the easy way out. they are cowards.

if there is ever an open season for the eradication of predators, i will be first in line to buy a license, and i will make a sport of it. it will be my mission, to hunt them down, torture them, and cause them pain before death. and i will take much pleasure knowing they will never harm another innocent child again. even hunting them down were to make a monster of even myself, it would be a small sacrifice to pay.

I don't get people...I don't understand the need to hurt children. We had a chitbag here in Iowa City on Monday that was up on charges of embezzlement at the bank he worked out. He was a husband and father to 4 children, well respected in the community even with the charges! He'd have done his time and most likely would have been out in time to see his oldest child graduate from high school...'bout 8 years from now.

The charges have been levied for months and he's been out on his own recognisence (sp?) since then.

So nothing has changed!

Yet, he kills his wife Monday morning, then tries to gas his 4 kids in the garage. When that doesn't work, he beats all four of them to death. He tried to commit suicide again by drowning himself in the river, then finally succeeds in running his van into a bridge abuttment and burning to death. Fitting.

Scumbag.

that's kind of what i said on the previous page. turning into a monster myself would be a very small price to pay, but at the same time, very satisfying.

there was an instance some years back when i worked at a shell gas station in a very small town. somebody posted fliers on the bulletin board out front with the mugshots of the locals who are convicted child molestors. 3 out of the 4 were regular customers. my boss told me to refuse service to those pieces of ****. one of them was convicted of sodomy on a toddler. :evil:

as for my personal hatred towards those subhuman lifeforms. it comes from being a victim of 2 attempted kidnappings. once when i was 4 years old and the other when i was 10. the second time, it wasn't reported to the police. people within the neighborhood knew who it was and vigilante justice was carried out. they beat the holy hell out of the dude and lit his molester wagon ablaze.

Well I'd like to see public executions make a come back just for baby rapers and a few others....hang'em from a tree in an area where all can see.
I had jury duty years ago and the case was a child molesting one.
A grown woman......mid 40's molested a 5 year old girl.
I wasn't picked as well as many others.
The judge declared a mistrial.

I've mentioned a guy in WI a few times. He spent nearly 10 years in prison in KY for 5 counts of SODOMY with his own son. Two weeks ago, he passed away from a heart attack. That's one we don't have to worry about anymore. BUT, THERE ARE PLENTY MORE TO TAKE HIS PLACE.
