    Default Posting on the website.

I just wanted to post something I have noticed lately. Maybe I am guilty of it as well.

What I have noticed is when someone posts a question, the answers seem to be kind of difficult to understand. I understand what the person is trying to say. However, if I was a new guy, I would have a hard time trying to decipher the answer.

I am just curious if I am just stupid or if anyone else notices this as well.

If I am not stupid then I would say, if your gonna put out a response to an answer then try to keep it simple. K.I.S.S.

I am not gonna show what posts but I have seen it more and more lately. Not many, but just more than usual.

    Anyone else??

Dumb guy who cant read apparently. (hmmm, maybe hes from Mexico)

How do you mean? Are the respondents using industry jargon (coop, slider, float the gears), text speak (u,ur,prolly) poor spelling/grammar (I seen a truck, ain’t got no) ?

I think most of us forget that you new guys aren't used to the industry jargon & we aren't used to trying to explain ourselves to someone who doesn't understand, yet, what we are talking about.

Also, we tend to use shorthand alot! We try to get our answers out in as few words as possible, as most of us are definitely not typists!

So, I think the point you are trying to make is that we should try to be more clear on our explanations, especially when we try to answer questions in the "newbie" forums. Point taken! Unfortunately, you are on your own on the rest of them...fair enough?

Thanks, anyone who needs info on how to be a trucker just contact me. I am Supertrucker!!!!! I have all info and anything you need to know about driving!!!!!

Thats kind of what I meant was the Jargon and the explanations seem to be kind of long and uninformative. I would say if you have info, before u answer think about what u want to say b4 u post.

I am not the birghtest dude in the world but think b4 u speak???

Maybe I am talking out my a!@

I get confuse at times with the posts I read sometimes. Long boring (what is this guy talking bout type info!!)

    Peace again

Thanks for looking out for us nOObs. But use all the jargon you want when replying to me. Just be prepared that I'm not afraid to ask if I don't understand something (somewhere I asked what a PrePass was for example).

Better get a trainer who understands that he'll be answering questions if he's not talking, at least at the beginning.

Just look out for an e-mail from the Nigerian government. Follow the instructions and you'll be a millionaire. No fuel required.
