    Default medical disqualifiers

We have heard or rather read alot on the subject of high blood pressure, and some prescriptions drug use.

But to those you have or carry blood borne disease or infections of any kind Is it a disqualifier? What if they don't report it? Can they be disqualified?

I have not come across this subject so actuall law or policy would be greatly appreciated. Oh my husband already has a job and doesn't have this problem but unfortunately I think that his student may... What are the laws if any. Thanks

    Medical Qualifications for CMV drivers

There really is not anything in the FMCSA regs concerning this, however depending on the disease there could possibly be a federal law or CDC guidance regarding travel, etc.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

Yeah this is all I could find, but I think he know he is not suppose to be around people. It is so bad my husband begged him to go the doctor and we would pay for it. I told him that. Husband's sheets and bedding are trash and I am bleaching everything else. I even washed the hubby in hydrogen peroixide.

I sorry I have to pry a little. Just what are you talking about here? Some things could effect a lot of people.
Find something you like to do, be the best at it you can be, the money will come.
