Default If you were in an accident ?

Does anyone now if you were in a collision which you were not at fault. Or cited but you sustained injuries and taken off duty do to a medical diagnosis. Is anyone aware of an option to be released back to work other than by the current treating physician ! :?

I'm wondering though if you were to get another Doctor's opinion would'nt that appear as if you were trying to side step the treating doctor or do something unethical. especialy when the doctor has restrictions on what you can do ?

Exactly my point. Just because one doctor diagnoses you with something, it doesn't mean he's right.
