Might not even be her fault but the opposing lawyers will go over her logbook, toll receipts, fuel stops, shipper/receiver logs, etc with a fine-tooth comb. When they find that out she was running hot, her beloved company will wash their hands of her in a heart-beat. Then she'll lose her house, assets, retirement, and CDL along with a possible stretch of jailtime and fines by DOT.

Yes, but it shouldn't be - my 1rst trainer was like that, 2nd one was much, much worse and I found another company after talking with the 3rd trainer on the phone before we were to resume training ( that guy was upfront about everything) ....and the training dept had a lot of nerve to be unhappy with me about quitting, that's trucking ! Almost forgot, the safety dept sent a "logbook violation" warning to sign and return to them after I was already gone, LOL !

    Bengalman,

Please keep us informed of how your new trainer is doing. I have been looking hard at TMC and Millis. Unfortunately have been reading both good and bad about both companies so it makes the decision rather difficult. Both TMC and Millis train in our area (Ohio) but it seems like
Millis is the better deal. Again just would really appreciate your input of
training and after you get in your own truck (home time, weekly mileage, truck condition, etc.). Thank you in advance. Happy Thanksgiving!
