Only a "low-life, low-bred, ignorant jackass, nay-nay a "SHPOSH"" will throw trash out of their truck onto the ground. Anyone too lazy and lacking the common decency to put trash where it belongs....in a trash can or dumpster, needs to be tied to a telephone pole and beaten with a shovel for a day or three.

I hope, that now that "fingerprinting" of drivers is rather commonplace, that law enforcement might start picking up some of those piss bottles and lifting prints off them...identifying the culprit....arresting them, and throwing their dumb asses in jail!!!
Forrest Gump was right....and some people literally strive to prove it.....everyday. Strive not to be one of "them".... And "lemmings" are a dime a dozen!

Remember: The "truth WILL set you free"! If it doesn't "set you free"....."it will trap you in the cesspool of your own design".

They lost my original "avatar"....oh well.

As if the cops will form the "piss police" ?

If I owned a truckstop and caught any driver throwing out a "peebomb" their truck number would be recorded, their company notified and all drivers from that company would be banned from parking on site, whether it be for fuel or otherwise. There are plenty of trucking companies who would gladly take their place when looking for a spot to park at night or are tired of waiting on the fuel island while some dimwit goes to get his hamburger, etc.
Everything I need to know about driving a truck I learned from watching "DUEL"

Consider this: The State of Oregon has already passed laws that categorize "piss bottles" as "Hazardous Waste".....and they have steep penalties in place. Its a logical step for them to recover some of the containers and have a lab tech lift prints.... they already work with gorier things...so it would be no big deal, and it would certainly be a big $$$$ maker for them.

I agree on the truckstop thing. I would also bill the driver's company for the cleanup as well. They may never pay the bill....but then, that's ok, because that company's drivers would never have the opportunity to do it again.

People need to look at it this way: Your conduct in public shows what kind of person you are. Its a direct reflection of you, your family, your upbringing, and everything about you. Would you piss or crap on your mother's carpet at home, or do the same in your own home? Do you just throw your trash on the floor at home? 99.99% of you will say NO, then let that reflect in public. For the .01%....we need the rope and shovel.

You can have all the enviromental laws you want, but no cop is going to go out to a Pilot at 2am to pick up a bottle of piss. No truck stop is going to have to pay to have the bottle traced back. They'll have to pay before getting paid back by the trucking company. And being truck stops employ mouth breathers who dont care, I doubt anything would come of it.

Now if it was at a state rest area, it would be a different situation I bet. Especially when you have families and children who also use the facilities.

There is an old truck stop on old hwy 27 south of the Florida Turnpike that has camera's and signs which state that if you throw trash on their lot you will be fined. These truck stops could put in camera's. It would probably not cost all that much considering the cost of continuous clean up.

As states get hungrier and hungrier for money....they may well enforce the laws. Where I live in FL...they deputize old farts and give them cars identical to Sheriff's cars, but with yellow disco lights and they cruise shopping center parking lots....specifically looking for people who are not handicapped but park in handicapped spots.....the tickets are rather steep...and it more than covers the cost. In fact its quite profitable.

If you rob a store...the store doesn't have to pay to have you traced and arrested by whatever means they use. If its fingerprints...they (the LEO's) run them....and then they got you. If the other states declare discarded human waste to be "hazardous waste", then they darn well will begin fingerprinting bottles....the fines on illegal dumping of hazardous waste can be quite steep. It has nothing to do with "environmental laws". It is a criminal act.

    Here is the Oregon rule:

Oregon gets tough on urine dumping
HB 3530, relating to the improper disposal of human waste, was signed into law on July 13. Vehicle drivers or riders who throw or place containers of human urine and/or feces along the roadside will be fined $250.
Don't be surprised if we see a lot more of this....

Right up your alley- The Rules of the Road

    Excerpted:
These days, trucking companies will let just about anyone train a new driver. As a result, there are more and more drivers who know less and less about the common courtesies truckers are supposed to extend to each other. To combat this problem, we’ve come up with a list of trucking rules that used to be common knowledge. Maybe if we all start following them again, we can all just get along!
