Default Need advice on training, companies, etc.

Right now my options are CDI in South Bend, or hiring on with CRST or PAM (through driver solutions). I've tried to read through the forum to get a gist of people's opinions, but wanted to see the latest thoughts.
I have no experience and am concerned with getting good training. Money is a concern too, costs and earnings. The contract duration isn't that important, although I say that now...I'm 31, male, single, no kids. I currently live in Michigan.
Any thoughts on any mentioned or all, please feel free. Thanks...and thanks for the forum.
    Endure.

CRST Van EX. will send you to a school and pay for it but they do not have their own school. The contract with them to pay back the schooling is 8 months. You will attend a 4 day orientation with them after graduation, and then go out with a trainer for 28 days. The pay per week during training for contract students is $350 per week. During months 2-3 with them your pay is .22 cents per mile. Months 4-6 your pay is .24 per mile and months 7-12 the pay is .33 cents per mile. CRST Van Ex is strictly a team company that will keep you out for 3 weeks then you will go home for 5 days.If you want to know more about them contact Charles Nolte in their recruiting department 1-319-390-2602. He was pretty straight forward and honest with me.

Personally, I would look into Schneider Nationals training www.schneider.com. They pay for you to get to their training center in Green Bay, WI and their training more highly regarded then CRST and you will have more career options than just team driving. Oh, and they will start you out at .28 cents per mile.
