Looks like the hills on some of the back roads in CT and NY state back when I drove B model and early DM Mack dump trucks and moved heavy equipment in that area.
If you can't shift it smoothly, you shouldn't be driving it.

I live in West Virginia - looks like a molehill to me. I've been on steeper on a riding mower on wet grass

Holy heck! That's a steep hill for sure lol. Image trying to walk up and down that to work each day...That would be surely nuts.

I wouldn't mind walking down it, but I would rather pay a taxi than walk back up :P

Morgantown - hills - HA (with the exception of Cheat Mountain on I-68). If you want real hills in WV, take US 50 east of Clarksburg, US 33 east of Elkins, I 64 East of Beckley or I 77 between Virginia and Charleston (esp between Beckley and Charleston). US 50 and US 33 are the best, unless, of course, you're in a truck. Nothing like going around a turn marked 15mph, and that's marked too fast. You can almost check your trailer brake lights on the way around them.

I took a load of charcoal from Parsons, WV to Harrisonburg, VA. Being that I was running at night, I figured, hell, I'll save a few hundred miles and go straight across US 33. When I was approaching the WV/VA line, the map on my GPS literally showed "squiggles". I thought, no way the road looks like that - WRONG!!! That 100 miles between Elkins and Harrisonburg took almost 6 hours. Never again.
