What exactly is USIS ? Something to do with a DAC report ? From what I can figure out , DAC is your CLD record . So if I don't have a CDL then I don't have a DAC report. Where does this USIS fit in, or what is it??

A while back USIS bought DAC services.
Your DAC report is essentially your employment history of companies that you have worked for that uses and reports to DAC services.
In addition to providing employment histories DAC services can also run criminal background checks and MVR checks for companies on employees or applicants.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

Gordon approved my pre hire today pending a criminal background check which should be no problem. I thought maybe USIS had something to do with that. Thanks again Uturn
