Default Maricopa ,Ca to Phoenix, Az- best route?

What's the best route with a heavy load. Shortest is through L.A. but I thought 138 through Lancaster might be better than going through LA. Any input is apreciacted.

What are you calling a heavy load?
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

This response is probably too late but, if travelling at NIGHT, I would go through L.A (make sure to take the 210.) If daytime..... take 138. It's kinda a "toss up" and that load is NOT all that heavy.
