    Where do you live?
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

I would look around your area, and see what you might find. When you are looking into companies, a lot of times, it depends on what part of the country you live as to who you want to work for. Some companies offer regional opportunities. Might find that in your area. I've never driven for Werner. I dont know hardly anything about them, but I would look around, and see what else might be offered to you.
