Why are you limiting yourself to these two? There are MANY more evil ones out there. :P
Find something you like to do, be the best at it you can be, the money will come.

actualy you'll hear bad about both. The last said steer clear of swift but I was happy with my emplyment with them. I can't even count the number of friends and others I've talked to that regret ever leaving swift. Based on my experience (wich isn't much) i'd say stay clear of western express and us express but that's based on what a friend of mine said. I might have beter luck with them one day myself. Just a mater of preferance.

Wanting to know the diffrence between Werner and Swift is like asking which knife you want to be killed with, a dull one or a sharp one.

I worked for Swift....a long time ago, like 95'/96'.....overall they weren't too bad. I made good money with them for the times....and overall they kept me pretty busy...but they handled way tooooo many food loads and there were waayyyyyy too many driver unloads at the time. But on a scale of "they're ok/they suck".... to me they were in the middle. Had their good points and their bad points. I don't think they are a bad company to gain experience with.....certainly better than some and maybe less then others.

But in all honesty....if I had been able to back then.... I would have gone with CFI right from the beginning. I spent 7 years with them, and they are a darn good company to work for!!
Forrest Gump was right....and some people literally strive to prove it.....everyday. Strive not to be one of "them".... And "lemmings" are a dime a dozen!

Remember: The "truth WILL set you free"! If it doesn't "set you free"....."it will trap you in the cesspool of your own design".

They lost my original "avatar"....oh well.

Yea, Jack has a bad habit of that! I have had many conversations with him about it but to no avail! Oh well, I guess when you get that old you get sort of stuck in your ways! LOL
