    Default New driver thread.

    How you folks doing?

I have been driving for almost a year, and I love it. It was the best career choice I could have made, since beforehand I was basically a mooch living off my parents.

i guess this is an introduction thread.... so what's up?

Welcome to the forum and for getting out on your own. You may want to consider a different name to go by though, not cool.

I agree - the username rocks. I guess, however, you have to worry about your name offending some wuss's...

In fact, if I could, I'd change my username to NappyHeadedHo

    Welcome BeerAndHookers 8)

I'm sure the LTL crew will answer any questions you have. I currently am a local driver for a construction company in california, but i'd rather be in Denver, or maybe near Rawlins / Casper, WY area 8)

Afraid I can't say much about LTL, getting set to start OTR! I do agree that it seems there is a lot of opportunity in trucking. Time will tell

Too late, Malaki! I've already snagged that one for my CB handle!

I think the OP's username is GREAT!! Just jealous I didn't think of it first!

So, B&H.... WELCOME to the board! Been to Shotgun Willie's lately???

I'll be out there again in a few days! What kind of LTL do you do out of Denver? Might want to move back there someday.
