Yeah, like hauling 55,000 pounds of swinging beef to Hawaii in an old Mack with a shiny 290.Originally Posted by Jumbo

Your nckname will now be 'Sod' and your dues will be expected paid by the 12th of every month. As a "Super Trucker"...you will recieve a 15% discount off posting violation fines.
A new FBI profile is being conducted, and a TSA background check is updated. You should recieve your CAD badge in 4-6 weeks.
Congratulations, and say no to "Lurking."![]()

Jeez Hog, you just violated the Prime Directive. You were supposed to send him that info in a PM. Now all those others, the ones who haven't reached Super Trucker status, will no about our little club.Originally Posted by roadhog

I think i'll start pumping porta potties as soon as the opportunity comes around, and come on here and advise people as to why OTR sucks  Just kidding, i did my short stint with OTR, and by the way i ain't no sod buster anymore, i'm pulling a walking floor, if it weren't for the tarp on the top i could disguise myself as a high paid LTL hauler, but hey i can't have everything.
Whoo Hoo, Me too. And my highscool teacher said I would never amount to anything.Originally Posted by millersod215

Funny how trucking is the great equalizer. I had a good GPA in high school, and an even better GPA in college. I really could have gone somewhere if I had been willing to go somewhere, but instead I had to go somewhere for a living, so I didn't have to go anywhere.Originally Posted by jayburd

I don't know how people live on what jobs pay around here, which is probably why there are so many trucks in this town on the weekends. They don't want to move their kids to Big City USA either.)
People enter this profession from a variety of backgrounds for various reasons. You can earn an above average income regardless of your education.
