kind of lost, appreciate any help with this, driver wants to get paid on with a com check, do i register it the same way i would as to pay myself to deposit some money? Or do i have to register it differently? thanks in advance.

You call the number on the card to 'Load" the check with the funds. The same way you pay lumper or the first part of cashing a check yourself.
The person that gets the check calls the number on the check to "Verify" the check.
