Default What To Take To Orientation/Training

I know this is a rehash...
Somewhere out there I saw a list of items for newbies to take and what not to take. I have searched and can not find the list. Can someone point me to it or suggest what I chould take?

Personal hygene items: soap, deoderant, tooth brush, tooth paste, nail clippers.
Clothing: Shirts (long sleeved/short sleeved), pants (Jeans), socks, underwear, work gloves, boots(?), shoes(?), sweat pants, shorts, shower shoes, long underwear (depends on time of year and climate).
    Sleeping: Pillow, sheet, blanket,

I don't wanna take too much and what should I buy when at orientation or when first out with a trainer?

What size bag(s) can be carried??? Right now, I can get about 7 to 10 days worth of cloths into a backpack, and then another small back for my laptop and anther small back for a CPAP.

You know, it may not be so bad.... I think I can get at least 4 days use outta a pair of underwear... Day 1 wear normally, Day 2 swap front to back, Day 3 wrong side out and Day 4 again swap front to back. It works for shirts too!!!

Just call your company and ask them for a list of what you should bring. Also ask them how soon you will get by the house after orientation this will dictate on how much to bring.

take a lap-top if you have one ... and take lots and lots of notes .... you really don't start learning until your out on the road ... and then by your self out there.... a good trainer will make sure you have clean clothes and take a shower at least once every 4 weeks
