    I'm not a trucker but I think truckers are not getting paid for a lot of the things they are required to do,I'm glad I found this board just by reading some of these topics I have learned a lot about this profession already.

    I think truck drivers deserve a lot more or a different pay system,especially nowadays with the traffic congestion and endless list of rules and regulations,this system is in serious need of a major upgrade.

    Just my thought.

    I lived in The Netherlands,DAF and Scania were the two major trucks there the name just popped in my head.

    I drove a Scania in Iraq for a short time.

    The DAF is way superior to the Scanny in my opinion. I had an old 95 400 which would pull 150 tonne no problem whatsoever :wink:
