gator illinois got low income payment plan where if u cant paid right away they can put u on plan she was a banker downtown chicago last year so she parked where she could when she could cause of location of her bank

It looks like she could have found a parking garage to park. If not, it would certainly have been much cheaper to pay the tickets every day than have the additional fines. :? It would probably be better to take the train to work if you work downtown Chicago.

no offense, but if she was a banker and has to go on a low income payment plan, she must not have been very good at it. dont get married until you both get some financial counseling, your problems wont go away when you marry, they will get worse.
