For God,s sake, take your time when taking junctions or round-a-bouts.
This idiot was fully freighted but luckily the fire crews got him out virtually unscathed.

    Roundabouts...

Off the initial post subject, but a roundabout in Europe isn't a bad thing.

However, imagine the town you live in here in the states constructing a roundabout to deal with 3-direction traffic. And it's very small...one lane...very tight circle...a truck (say a moving van) would be **** out of luck if he came to it. Accidents are common place since it's a yield in and yield out.

Absolutely the dumbest thing you will find in Coralville, IA. The city planners were on drugs when they hatched that hair-brained idea.

    Bad, right?

Now imagine these same stupid morons putting ANOTHER one in...a 4 directional coming out of a new shopping center...TIGHTER circle...1 lane...RIGHT in the middle of an even BUSIER road. What...we ran out of stoplights?!?

I swear, absolutely moronic stupidity should get people the firing squad. I'm going to sit in a lawn chair the day it opens and take pictures of all the accidents.

i always loved the ones in the center of a small city that they contsruct a massive concrete inclosure fill it in with dirt and plant a tree and expect a 53ft trailer and truck to make it around it with cars also parked on the both sides of the 1 lane .

Refernces made were about British tipper drivers, NascarFan. Over here they are reknowned for their idiocy and bad driving.
It was in no way, a slant at drivers over there who probably are the same as everyone else; Some good, some bad.
Sorry if you got that impression mate

I know that one myself as I only live a few miles south. Totally out of character with the rest of the towns roads.

No offence to you. Was referring to tipper drivers in the UK....they are just car drivers in trucks...they haven't realised that the gas pedal is adjustable they think its a switch with only an "on" or "off" position.

    Destroy the cities...
    and they will rebuild them.
    Destroy the farms...
and grass will grow in the streets of the cities.

Destroy the economy of the blue-collar worker...
and grass will grow in the executive offices.

    The bill has come due.

A monkey who had suffered from a bad lobotomy would be too intelligent to be a British tipper driver
