    Default Tix or Wreck???

    Hi all!

I was wondering if some of you vets could help me answer a question.

Which do trucking company’s hate worse………a speeding ticket (65 in a 55) OR an accident? (both in a tractor)

Just wondering, trying to help someone decided on a trucking career or not
One buddy has the speeding ticket and the other as the accidnet

From a recruiting standpoint, the 10 over is easier to deal with than the accident, in the short run. If the accident was not his fault, then that becomes the better scenario. However, whether it was his fault or not, he'll need to have a copy of the accident report.

really depends on the accident. If it was a major(more than 10 grand in damage), injury or a rollover, it could cause major problems for your friend.
