    Default Shifting a straight truck.

I think this question was asked before but besides the speeds, what are the differences in shifting a straight truck compared to a class 'A' 9+ speed truck?
Would there be double clutching on the states exam with a straight class 'B' truck?
    I'm in Connecticut.
    Thanks in advance.
