Anyone from SNI hear about this?

I'm one step away from Schneider yet they keep pulling the rug from underneath me. First start date was Nov. 4th. Before I even took the CDL exam they changed it to the 8th. Now on Monday as I am now unemployed thinking I'll be in Fontana on the 8th, SNI tells me that my training will have to be pushed back again to Dec. 2nd. This was because of the lack of instructors. So what the hell am I getting into here? The pile of crap already stinks.

So what is the deal with the instructors? Are they bailing?

Maybe they have more students coming in than their staff normally supports. Have you posted this question on pumpkindriver.com. Fontana staff, among other SNL training site staff read that board. BOL

I can vouch for a solid training program through SWIFT IF YOU go to San Antonio. And you live up north so you will get the Lancaster terminal unlike the hell hole called Laredo I am based out of.

did u ask to train at another facility? ive known drivers that were held up at the dallas training facility and they come to charlotte

I'd talk to the rest of the usual suspects (Swift, Werner, etc) that hire and train. Have a plan B if Pumpkin keeps jerking you around.
