Default Pete 379 Day Cab Dedicated vs. Pet 379 Sleeper OTR

I may be making a switch from my 2007 Peterbilt 379 Sleeper to a 2007 Peterbilt 379 Day Cab. Does anyone know if there will be any major differences in handling or ride quality from one to the other. I probably won't need the sleeper anymore if I get the "home daily" run I put in for. If not I'll get the home every other day in which case I'll keep my current truck/sleeper combo. I'd like to know if the turning radius is the same and also if the ride comfort level is equal to the sleeper version.
    Thanks,
    Fred

You will probably lose a little ride quality do to the shorter wheelbase. But on the plus side you will gain a better turning radius. Also, the cab roof on daycab Petes is a few inches lower than the ultracab sleeper trucks.
