    Default Swift or JB Hunt

I am scheduled for class to get my CDL with both Swift and JB Hunt. I need to know which company provides the best training and benefits. I want to get the best pay and benefits possible. Which company provides the best trainers? I am a new driver and would appreciate any advice on these companies.

    Thank You,

    Stephen Sistare

    Default JB

    NB02,
You may want to go to the next forum and ask Sheepdancer if JB does entry level training and employment. Last I knew they didn't, tho that's how I got my start. BOL

you are right, we dont do training unless you have 6 weeks with another company.

But I dont think Ive mentioned this on this board....there are two exceptions to this. We have a school for relatives of our drivers and also we allow people who just got out of the military to go to our school.

Run away form both company's if you are able to. Try to go with a smaller company who might care about you and not just want meat behind the wheel. Everybody is different maybe you will like these company's. I know that Swift really ran my husband hard.
