    Default Need Help

    I have 4 tickets all older than 1 year, but still within 3 years, I need to find a job...any help with companies that hire with more than 3 tickets??

    Until recently, some carriers would hire an experienced driver who had up to 3 tickets within 3 years. With the new rules coming down the pike and insurance rates on the rise carriers are being more selective in whom they hire. Some will not hire a driver who has more than 2 tickets within 3 years. If you have any that are excessive speeding or reckless driving then the odds are really stacked against you. Those violations are way too new for most carriers. You can check around with other carriers, but I doubt that you will get any takers until at least one or two drop off. That will take 3 years from the date of conviction.
