    Default healthy french toast in 12v lunchbox

    I'm usually lurking in the maint. forum. I'm also diabetic so my on the road diet is important.
    Tell me if anyone is interested and I'll start posting my diet regime...healthy.... I am 5' 11" maintaining 171# and LDL of 87

    Default Diabetic Recipes would be helpful

    Just got a 12v stove for the road, goodbye sandwiches! I want to stay as healthy as possible, and would like to see your recipes/diet info.

    no doubt....post away. I don't eat in resturaunts. I use the lunchbox oven and the 12volt pizza oven along with my 12 volt coffee maker.

    I would be interested, another great source is www.roadcookin.com they will make a personal menu for you based on what you need,if you want...check them out
