I can't say I liked it but my kids did. I only enjoyed Trixie. 8)

Saw this movie last Sunday, and loved it.
    Had some pretty funny stuff.
I'm using Fandango now to buy tickets.

    An American Carol

That's the way to do it. I like Fandango. I like to know if I can see the movie I intended to see before I get there and find out it's sold out!

I am throwing up a little bit in my mouth right now because my oldest girl is trying to force me to take her to see High School Musical 3 on October 24th...oh, gag! I am so sick of teeny boppers!!

I did get Speed Racer for the kids and it was a llittle weird. I missed The Happening when it was in theaters so that is next on my list...I guess us old folk are groupie-ish, too...I only want to see it because it has Mark Wahlberg in it.....

I have really gotten out of touch with movies lately. I think the last one I went to was "No Country for Old Men" (I think that's the name of it). I kind of have my old stand-by favorites that I love to watch over and over...like Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man and Little Odessa and Four Brothers (did I say Marky Mark???)

I think we're going to head out and see Eagle Eye tonight. I'll be sure to report on it. Looks pretty good.

i saw 'tortilla soup' this weekend on one of the movie channels. it's a really good movie about family. it's centered around food and the dinner table, along the lines of the movie 'soul food'.

Oh, I forgot to report on Eagle Eye, didn't I?

Excellent movie! About 5 minutes into the movie, it kicks into overdrive and never lets up. Good plot and terrifyingly real.

Sorry I haven't even heard of it....
Or is it that show where the two main characters get phone calls telling them specific instructions to avoid harm to their family member?

I want the old man to take me to "Fireproof your marriage" starring Kirk Cameron. It's actually a good movie, says the reviews, and has a decent message as aposed to typical Hollywood entertainment.

But we did rent IronMan that came out on video even though we saw it in the theaters. I do say Robert Downey Jr. has come a long way from the Pick up Artist..... Props and cudos to him for working instead of spending time locked up. I wanted to see "Tropic Thunder" just because of his performance. I hear it is an equal opportunity offender. I am tired of PC.

Yes, Eagle Eye was about the 2 people getting phone calls, directing them to do things.

Robert Downey Jr. has a new movie coming out with Jamie Foxx, called The Soloist. Wife and I saw the scenes and immediately put it on our list of movies to see. It definitely looks like a heart-string puller.

Indiana Jones The Cavern of the Crystal Sculls
    3 lightbulbs......

Typical indy stuff and George Lucas detail but it was underexcpetations I guess.
    Where are my lightbulbs?

    Leatherheads
    5 lightbulbs.....

I was happily surprised how much I liked it. It was witty, funny, and included football. ( husband picked it out) He sure knows my tastes.

    The Hulk
    4 .thumbs up.

Edward Norton did a surprisingly good job. I would have never thought he could play the Incredible Hulk let alone do it well. I liked it.

Edward Norton does nothing BUT a good job...but, maybe I'm a little biased...because he's such a scrumptious HOTTIE!!!! He was great in "The Italian Job" (I think that's what it was called)...he's such a lip-smacking good bad guy!!!

We bought Iron Man at WalMart last night. It was worth buying. I thought the movie was pretty good. Robert Downy Jr isnt one of my favorites, but pretty good movie. I just wished it was longer.
