Default Hi all, new here :)

Hi everyone, hope this board is pretty busy cause I'm going to need the company LOL My hubby used to do local hauls but his contract was terminated and now he's going over the road. We've never been apart so this is going to be a tough adjustment. He'll be out for 2 weeks and home for 3 days so this is just gonna be peachy. Any tips on how to stay busy?? I'm a stay at home mom, we have a 7 year old son and an 8 month old daughter and I'm currently pregnant so I'm kept busy during the day, it's just the nights that I'm worried about. Once the kids get to bed and I'm left with a quiet house  Anyway hope to meet some others that are in the same boat as I am and any tips are greatly appreciated

    Melissa,
welcome to the board!! This board can be VERY busy at times and should provide you with plenty of reading pleasure...

There is a site that is dedicated to supporting family members of drivers.....never really checked it out, but have heard good things about it.

Yes, he drives for J.B Hunt, he used to be an O/O but that really didn't go too well LOL I'll have him keep a notebook of all his adventures so I can post them!
