Default Truck Rodeo

Anyone here going to do it this year? I just signed up to do it. Figured what the hell....might as well give it a shot. After all I can go eat FedEx's hot-dogs and drink their soda's lol. Might as well be the rookie from my barn.

fxfe, how did you do, or has it been done yet. You can have a lot of fun at those rodeos

Best of luck to you! I participated in one a few years ago and I had a blast. Got to meet some wonderful people and learned a few things too.

Well the championship was held yesterday. After all was said and done.....I walked away with 2nd place in the 4 axle class. Come home to watch the video taken by my girlfriend and well I was really disappointed with my parallel parking. Couldn't tell from in the truck that I had 3' left to work with and gave up.

Congrats, I know the work that goes into it.
I finished 2nd in the 4 axle class and rookie of the year in 2007/Illinois. Then YRC laid me off 3/09

Thanks rv. I just got my score sheet and found I was cheated out of 40 points. I also found out that I didn't get a score for the right turn when I know and strongly feel I did score 30 - 35 points on it. Video does show I was at the marker and I feel as though I did get points on it. Not sure if there is anything I can do about it or not. I missed the best pre-trip inspection by 1 stinking point. Don't mind that since our #1 driver took it.
