Running vs Sex
They say you burn as many calories having sex as you do on an 8 mile run.
Who the *)&_) can run 8 miles in 30 seconds?!?!

LOL - I do, but just not as often as I'd like (which is more than once every couple of weeks).
and running 8 miles?!? I couldn't tell you the last time I even WALKED that far.

Try having a Seizure my Neurologist explained it to me as Running a Marathon in less than 4 mins while HOLDING YOUR BREATH. See every muscle in your body goes into OVEDRIVE and your body Forgets to breathe at the same time. FUN HUH that is me every 3 months anymore.
