old ladies

A truck driver was approaching a small town. About the time he entered the city limits, he noticed 4 elder ladies laying down in front of a house, naked. The truck driver was confused at the situation, and was so amazed, he felt that he needed to tell someone. The truck driver noticed a gas station on the right side of the highway. He pulled over, and ran inside. The truck driver told the man inside the gas station that he needed to contact the local Sheriff.
The gas station owner asked, "Are you ok? What's the problem?"
The truck driver said, "Man, you will not believe this! There is a red brick house on the north side of the highway, on the edge of town. There was a bunch of old ladies, laying down in the front yard, naked as a jaybird!"
The gas station owner nodded, and said, "No need to worry. The old ladies are retired prostitutes, and they are having a yard sale."

I thought the city had found an effective, low cost traffic control device that helped cut down on speeding--while giving its senior citizens a way to contribute a meaningful service to their community!!
I have GOT to get a life outside of that truck...
