Does that mean that all those hiway construction workers will have to step back and let their shovels float away????

I was thinking how fortunate we are that it is impossible to "out-source" the construction jobs here. You can not lay the road-bed in China, then transport it here to put it in place. Then, I realized I was wrong. About 15 years ago, I hauled conveyor sections to a site near SAn Bernadino, CA. They were putting in a dam to supply more water for LA and surrounding area. The company was called "CBPO". (Call Brazil, Plans Obsolete) Project funded by the Army Corp of Engineers, the construction company was from Brazil, and the engineering was being done in Japan.

They have also built bridges to go across a large river, then loaded them on barges and floated them to location.

Yes, they HAVE out-sourced some of the high-paying construction jobs.

Looks like everybody BUT AMERICANS is going to own America.
