    "imp of the perverse" is my favorite narration by poe. i swear he was on something when he wrote it. it's quite twisted. i once wrote something like that in high school. this was a month after columbine happened, too, and i was taken to the school counselor. i was asked a bunch of questions ranging from my home life, friends, videogames i play, and if i had any feelings of killing my class mates. the only difference between poe and i is that i wasn't on anything while i wrote. hey, it was a free writing day. i thought i could write about anything that was on my mind. i suppose it was bad timing.

    neither. i don't like food that comes from the water. chinese makes me sick to my stomach.
