I guess I will put some thoughts here! Seems the best place!

As you guy's and Gals know, I no longer drive a truck, but had to go back into the food busness.
Now my day consist of watching about 75 employee's, and out of that the area of production is where I have to spend most of my time. The are of production consist of about 45 to 50 women depending on the season, and right now it is about 50. I besides 3 machine operators are men, and the 4th machine operator is a woman who want's to be a man. I can understand here sometimes. :? Just because somethimes she can be just one of the guy's.

The otheres range from a few that are in there 20's but most are 50 and up, with some in there 30's. This is an interesting combination, the only 2 things they seem to have in common is starting the menstrual cycle all at the same time, and Gossip. When they argue, it is even funnier, cause one on them reads lips and is partialy deaf, she is always getting the story wrong.

Anyway what I cannot stand is when they whine about something, and when you ask them what there whining about they tell you "Nothing". Now befor ya'll jump on me, Yes I can be unsensitive, it is not my Job to hold there hands and try to get what is wrong out of them, I WILL NOT DO THAT, when I ask, that is the opertunity to express there whining concern, so I could mark it up to the fix list. If they do not tell me, then it is not worth the fix. So now I am an insisitive jerk!

I do not see how some of the Arabians can have a herom, I have my hands full at home with three, My wife and 2 girls. THen at work with 50 Old and New. The one thing I can say at least is with my 2 boys is SUCK it up and Live with it!

So I guess I should take my own advise, but there is only so much a man can take!
On the edge of sleep, I heard voices behind the door
The known and the nameless, familiar and faceless
My angels and my demons at war'

    At war...

'Which one will lose depends on what I choose
Or maybe which voice I ignore...'

    Wilderness of mirrors
    Streets of cold desire
    My precious sense of honor
Just a shield of rusty wire
    I hold against the chaos
And the cross of holy fire

    Wilderness of mirrors
    So easy to deceive
    My precious sense of rightness
    Is sometimes so naive
    So that which I imagine
    Is that which I believe

Direct insults are not funny. What might be considered funny though is your idea of apologising.

I do hope you are taking the hint over Post Whoring too. I hate to see a good joke thread fall victim. To spell it out for you...I am referring most about fivewords. I personally don't care what you do on your own thread.

Humor is not as easy as it seems. I try to move it around and take it in many directions. I am bound to offend someone. I am sorry when ever that happens. I do have some off days. Some might feel I have many off days. In the future...try a PM with me, instead of going Public. I've given you that courtesy in the past. For now...you seem to need some of your own medicine.

Anyone who wants to find fault in me...I have many. If people would like me to knock off the humor....I can do that. I am a CAD. I can easily discuss nothing but Trucking...and have been doing my share to pay my rent here. We have a really great search archive. Every question that comes here is addressed, and has been discussed in every concievable way 100x over. My personal opinion...humor keeps us all real.

Nothin' wrong with a good butt-sniffin' joke once in awhile either.

Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in from a less than common standpoint. Feel free to ignore me!
My children (including my girl) get told to suck it up and move on unless they can quit whining and converse normally about something. Yes, women are more emotional, but I think we do ourselves and our little girls a great disservice by allowing that to control us. Men shouldn't have to feel the need to be overly "sensitive" except with their own spouses once in a while. The world is what it is, and isn't likely to change, but I think that women that want to use their emotions as a handicap and a reason to manipulate men should get over themselves.

Ok, back to normal scheduled programming!

Noooooooooo, don't quit with the humor :!: Sometimes the humor available on this site is what keeps me sane going through this time. I appreciate the openess and diversity that is represented on this site, and would hate to see it squashed, whether I agree with it or not. Nobody holds a gun to my head and forces me to read certain posts.

As someone himself once said, there is an element that is missing from these kinds of forums- and that is body language. I have never 'INTENTIONALLY' tried to pick-on anyone, be rude/inconsiderate, etc. I APOLOGIZE if I have come-off otherwise. I happen to consider many of you friends -to a point- (obviously we do not actually 'know' eachother), and for those of you accusing me of being a 'post-*****'- just remember that not everything YOU post is brilliant, educational/ intellectual, and meaningful- You have no room to talk.
When I first started coming here I was under the impression that the majority of you were respectable, down-to-earth, helpful and decent. I have been proven wrong.

Shyykatt, I didn' get to read your recent posts before you zapped them. But, as for ME.... I knew you were just being "funny," and so was "I".

I also thought you were being somewhat lighthearted when you told the Hog to "clean it up." But, apparently he didn't take it that way. I, too, enjoy his humor, and don't really care if it gets a little risque. But, that's just me.

I figure if it gets by the 'censors,' especially Quickdraw McYoopr, it must be Okay!

And although I am sometimes disappointed when I click on a thread to see your funny remarks, only to find a smilie, I personally don't CARE if someone posts just to raise their count. What? Is it taking money out of my pocket?? Nope. So, what do I care?

Anyway.... hope you two can patch it up. I consider you both friends, too! If NOT.... leave me out of it!
