Back when I was in high school, my stepfather baked a pumpkin pie around the holidays. I absolutely love pumpkin pie...best pie there is.

Anyway, out of the oven a short while, but still hot...perfect for a fresh baked pumpking pie. Cut myself a big ol' slice....smelled so good. I was in heaven. Took a big bite of that pie...

    ...he forgot the sugar.

That's right folks...I just took a big ol' bite of unsweetened squash pie. My reaction, I am told, was priceless.

    We still laugh about it.

My grandmother made the best pecan pies. She had one in her fridge, and it was about this time of year. I was in my teens at this time. I pulled it out,and I cut myself a piece, and ended up eating 2 slices. Dad caught me,and told me that it was for Thanksgiving. I felt so bad about it. She used that pie,but still had to baked another one.

Explain to him just how the oven works....
    Destroy the cities...
    and they will rebuild them.
    Destroy the farms...
and grass will grow in the streets of the cities.

Destroy the economy of the blue-collar worker...
and grass will grow in the executive offices.

    The bill has come due.
