Default Genuine sayings from truckers wives/husbands etc.

Is your partner blissfully unaware of the world around them?
Is their geographical knowledge non existant?
Do they have the road sense and awareness of a hedgehog?
I,ll start the ball rolling with some quotes from my ex wife:

Wot--I,m in hospital darling, there was an accident and I,ve lost the top of a finger

    EX--"Does it hurt?"

Wot--Yeah, I know I,ve been away for three weeks but the next load is for Pontefract(pronounced pon tee fract with emphasis on tee)

Ex--"Oh no, not Italy again" :?

Wot--Is the street clear darling, I may need to bring the truck home

Ex--"Are you bringing the big long bit, the whatsamacallit, on the back of the van too?"

And one from my Uncle Bob...

Wot--Well, take care Bob, I,m off to Rome

Bob--"So you,ll be away for the night then?" :?
