This is a news story. Legitimate news. Some (hopefully all) may be offended by it's content . .

I'm not aware of any relationship but doesn't he look a little like Ben?

The crime is buggery. Be honest with yourselves. Could you, as a juror, convict him? I'm not suggesting you've poked a pony but the rest?

Buggery:
The criminal offense of anal or oral copulation by penetration of the male organ into the anus or mouth of another person of either sex or copulation between members of either sex with an animal.

That's from Google and not (necessarily) the SC statute.

"He apologized to the woman and to himself after admitting to buggery at the Horry County courthouse."

I would have insisted on a change of venue; both for the act itself and for the trial.

" . . and had to register as a sex offender."

Which is fine but does your horse pay any attention to the registry?

Let him be, he was just horsin' around.

second time in two years to abusing the creature.

He would have to have a pretty big d**k to be accused of abusing the horse. The horse was probably laughing at him.

Maybe he was in a foal mood? Out of 12 jurors 2 voted "I" to convict. The other 10 voted "Neigh".

No nagging, no child-support... logical alternative to a woman.

Actually, when I was a kid growing up, I learned the hard way about the back end of a horse. I never got to measure the distance away I landed just by walking too close to the back end of one. Sort of surprised he didn't get a kick out of it. Is it possible he found a willing partner?... Doubt it. The horse was female... They're never willing.. Females, that is.:smokin:

Some years ago, there was a teenager that gave new meaning to the phrase: "F#@!ing the dog" too.

Who's to say the horse didn't initiate the whole thing?

I don't look for this stuff . . this was on the same page as an Olive Branch, MS, trucker-drug-bust roughly 3 miles from me . .

3 Charged For Having Sex with Horse (http://www.myfoxhouston.com/dpp/news/dpgo_3_Charged_Having_Sex_With_Horse_fc_20091022_4 173124?obref=obnetwork)

"They say Tait videotaped another man, Kenneth Pinyan, having sex with a horse in 2005. Pinyan later died of internal injuries from the incident."

The horse kicked the shyt out of him?
