wow someone is kind of touchy when it comes to werner...the only tolls that are not paid for are E-470 around denver, the florida toll road, EZ Pass covers everything in the east, we have the K-Tag for Kansas and the Pike Pass for Oklahoma...whenever i needed a lumper, i was always reimbursed...but since i have been dedicated for a while now, i never go to grocery warehouses...oh the joy of anheuser busch dedicated...

new driver, True Werner is not for everybody...i have been here for almost 4 years and i have no reason to look for another job...it's what you make of it...granted being dedicated is the way to go...but i had no issues when i ran 48 state.....there's problems with every company. I was going to say the same sounds like a CFM post to me as well.
All Jobs Suck at one point or another that is just the plain and simple fact of life.
Ordinaryguy you did right by giving sound personal advice, there are so many ppl who like to spout BS at any chance they get. For someone to say working two fastfood jobs is better then working for Big Blue is total clueless to the world of hospitality service. I would love to see Joey do double shifts at Taco Bell 14 to 16 hours a day in a grease filled kitchen that runs a typical 100 degrees in the winter months all the time. With no AC to speak of except the walk in cooler. Yea Joey after two weeks of that you would be crying for Werner or anyone else to hire you back...

So out of curiosity who do you work for Joey? Make sure you pile it on real thick about the great advantages you have at you're awesome job and that they never do anything wrong. A job is a job period if you are working you are productive and making money for your family that is all that matters no matter what you do be it washing dishes for Taco Bell or driving for Big Blue. Its just a job not your life.

No matter what company you're asking about, some will have liked their time there, some wil not have liked their time there. It has a lot to do with luck. How you get along with your dispatcher, your personal experiences with the trainers, etc. I know this is basically a non-answer but it is reality. I'd probably advise to call around to 10-12 companies, narrow it down to 3 or 4 and apply to those. Then, follow the gut.
