I need help from all the drivers that have been a team driver. If you had to find a team driver what questions would you want answered before you started working with them?

The one most important thing, in my opinion, is that one of you has to be comfy driving at night. Doesn't work out too well if you are both "early to rise, and early to bed". One of you has to drive late.
Beyond that:

What kind of music do you listen to, don't discount that one, if you love country, they love Rap, or the other way around, it will grate on your nerves quickly. It does bother me. I love talk radio, and blab on the CB, drove my late husband crazy at times, since I am not exactly quiet I guess. Well, he was the same way, so we were even.

How often do they like to take a shower

How much drama is in their life, you don't want to be saddled with someone who has nothing but problems

What is their expectation of home time. Every week, or every 3 months, you want to be on the same page.

What kind of work ethic do they have. Kind of tricky, but I guess just ask what they used to do, someone that jumps jobs every month may not be willing to pull their weight while driving with you.

If you narrow it down with this, maybe find a person you "click" with, see what they can bring for the truck, what you have, there is no need to get 2 cb's, or tv's.

I am sure there is more, but this is what I can come up with, because these points matter to me.
