Info On Forward Air, Please

Is Forward Air a good company to work for?

I have heard that they run mostly from airport to airport. I am considering buying a truck (again), even though the industry isn't what it should be right now.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

(Currently I am driving for an O/O.)

I see a lot of their trucks with big sleepers, but I thought they were one of the many $1 a mile carriers.
