Was just wondering if there is any Trucking companies that will hire a driver that had a license suspension but is reinstated and did have a sr-22 for 3 yrs. In which Sept was the end of that whole thing. But every company I apply too says no. Or is there anyway I can get these off my record (expunged) can I write the courts. Please help so I can get back to my livelyhood.

Short of finding some fly-by-night carrier who isn't necessarily on the up and up, you are pretty much screwed. With the economy the way it is, and so many carriers going out of business, the ones that have survived can cherry pick the drivers they want to hire. They are taking experienced drivers with good work history and clean MVR's.
You must have done something very serious to have an SR-22 for 3 years.

No just got stopped back in 2005 and my insurance on my personal vehicle lapsed so Nebraska put me on a sr-22 for 3 yrs and some companies will still hire you with sr-22. So by now I don't have to carry
the sr-22.

In that case, the SR-22 isn't what is stopping you at all. It's just the suspension. Why was your license suspended, and for how long?

If I read it right it was because he had no auto insurance coverage. I guess some states are strict on that.

YUP!! Here's what Florida will do:
What if I fail to keep insurance on my vehicle that I have registered in Florida?
The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is authorized to suspend your driving privilege, including your vehicle tag and registration, for up to three years or until proof of Florida insurance is provided, whichever is first.
Official Website Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (http://www.flhsmv.gov/ddl/frfaqgen.html)
I think you'll find that many states have the same kinds of rules. I think in FL its not a moving violation so much as its a "Misdemeanor" offense.

Have you talked to the court? You might start with the Clerk of the Court where it happened, and maybe talk to the DA/Prosecutor?

That doesn't apply to license suspensions. They usually ask if you've EVER had your license suspended.

so did you not get insurance and just waited the 3 years? if that's the case, that's probably no one wants to hire besides the fact like Rev said, they have plenty to choose from right now and dont even have to bother listening to your side of the story

Ummmm, errrr, I hope you didn't think that was me who was without insurance... I've had a continuous policy with USAA for over 25 years now  I was just showing the OP what one state does....and it would seem that FL's insurance laws tend to parallel many others.....

You know if I wait the 3 years then I have to start over again as if I never even drove a truck before or had a CDL even though I plan on keeping my CDL
