Hey guys, if you haven't noticed, we've re-vamped the message board. There may be a few glitches here and there at first and some of your old bookmarks may have disappeared. Don't hesitate to keep us informed. And thanks in advance for your understanding.

I found a problem - the usernames are stored, but I wasn't able to log in with it. I had to create a new user to log in.

Ok - how the hell do you set it to list the topics by date instead of it listing them in alphabetical order...

I found out how - Just click the "Date" column header and it'll sort by date, newest first.

BUT - it doesn't save that setting. You have to do it EVERY time.

It would have been REALLY nice is someone would have let us know what was going on. I WORK for a living & don't get here all the time. I tried to log in last night & find myself BANNED with no reason & forever WHAT GIVES?????

Well if you were tired of being the #1 Truckers board on the net this was a good way of going about losing that status! Ban all your members.:eek:

Today is the first day in about 4 months that I've had any real caffeine so maybe I'm easily set off at this point- but THAT WAS HILARIOUS! They certainly did accidentally ban a whole lot of dedicated users!

Yes it is hilarious. But they sure don't seem to be in any hurry to post any info on WHAT, if ANYTHING, they are doing to fix it!

Still looking... can't find any way to set it! This is a pain having to set it in each forum.

Who had the bright idea to screw this up. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Had to register under a new name:eek:

Nobody's admitting to it scooter...but I agree with you on the "ain't broke" philosophy. I think the majority of the users had to re-register. Even the Mods were banned! Pretty bad...:confused::confused:

This is when things get interesting. If there's no one here to moderate the board and these guys have free access it could get ugly quick. I don't recal having to verify my email address when I created my new user name, so I imagine that even computer generated spammers will get through easily enough. What a mess!

Hands down winner of the Emmy for most understated plot line on the Internet. Why do I expect to see Monty Python associated with this debacle? :D
