Reb if he is going to be your wallpaper ... I don't think your going to get much work done .... Best do what I did once ... I put pictures in my truck, so if I looked out my window on the passengers side .. the picture would be just above the door or on my dash so when looking down I always saw them .... sure did help the day go by easier some times ....

Beautiful people were put on this earth to enjoy looking at and appreciate their beauty. God sure did know what he was doing - - - Didn't he :!: 8)

Amen to that sister!

I have to blame the Cowboy thing on my Grandpa. He was from Ponca City, OK. There is just something about a real cowboy...that quiet, reserved, self-confidence, the ability to get things done with the least amount of wasted energy, and the "take me for what I am" attitude, that just screams "real man" to me...Or maybe it's just the hat. 8)

So OT!!! But just to enlighten you since you seem to be confused about the word...

From Wikipedia:
**** is a pejorative term for a person who is deemed sexually promiscuous. The term has traditionally been applied to women and is generally used as an insult or offensive term of disparagement.

I could be wrong, but I don't think you really want a "****ty" wife!

Roses asked:

If the truth be known ... I find men sexy with or without clothes .... but I ask you/all men ? ..... why is it when a man post a female here - she always have 1/2 her clothes off or she is doing something sexy ? ....

I'm gonna give you my answer, Roses. You may not like it, but I hope you will appreciate the HONESTY of it.

First, there is only ONE (or very few) male poster(s) here who does what you claim. I have no problem with that, and all us guys like to comment on it! Likewise, I have no problem with this thread, and the pictures you women are posting or commenting on. Fair is fair!

But, if you believe in God, let me tell you what I know of his plan, and why things are the way they are. Please pardon any "generalities," as I don't have time to write a book.

1) Men were created to be selfsufficient. Strong enough to hunt and kill for food, BUILD shelters, and even PROTECT their "dependants." This often meant moving large stones, felling trees, and battling predatory animals and humans.

Women were not.

2) Men were NOT created to be self-propagating, to bear children and carry on (and nurture) the species.

Women WERE.

3) If women were not made to be "attractive" to men, there would have been little need for intercourse of ANY kind, including "social." And the species would have died out.

4) If men did not have egos, and "compete" for the most attractive of women, the strongest and best of them would not have "governed" the evolution of the species.

5) Unfortunately, the strongest men were not always the most caring and nurturing, and therefore not the best choice for a mate for a woman concerned about her offspring.

6) Women, being the "smarter" sex, realized this and therefore often chose the smarter, gentler man as a mate.

7) This produced a more "civilized" race, but alienated the brawny types, who then started killing off all the more normal men.

8: The more "civilized" female offspring decided to "liberate" themselves, and thus rebelled by again choosing the brawny types, no matter HOW many times they beat them and left their children to pursue their own egocentic lives.

9) So, women who once were attracted to the superior mind and character of the "civilized" man, have reverted to animalistic attraction to the more muscular of our species....

And now MEN are viewed "simply" as SEX OBJECTS, and WOMEN are chosen for their ability to PROVIDE!!

And, if you think I could type all of that with a straight face..... you are a product of your own "natural selection!"

Point is.... WE are allowed to look and drool!! We expect BETTER of you wimmin!!

For next week's lesson, read chapters 3-4, "Men and their EGOS" and there will be a TEST!

Hobo, Reb & Roses... this is incredible I find myself agreeing with all of you!

I once tried to explain to my daughter why men are the way they are & how it is basically the fault of the female species.

My theory goes like this...

1. Women raise a boy that a female will always be there to look after their needs.

2. A boy goes out in the world to find a girlfriend who will look after their needs like his mother did.

3. Man then marries said female, because she looks after his needs & continues the cycle.

Hence... WE ( females) actually made you (males) the way you are!!!

Well ironeagel, my hat is off to you, as far as I can tell, you are DEFINITELY in the minority! :D :D

It was definitely NOT like that when I was raising my girls! I applaude ANY man who is willing to take on the responsibility of home & children...but, unfortuneately men like you are far & few between.

Myself, I raised my girls, worked (I have trucked almost 30 years), & I can tell you honestly, there was many times I wished I had someone to share at least SOME of that responsibility, but I wasn't so lucky.

Now, after my girls were mostly raised (my oldest was 14 & is 27 now) I found a man who was pretty much compatable with me, but I still do the vast majority of the household stuff & probably 99% of the cooking, etc, but then he's a horrid cook & if I let him do too much my kitchen would likely not exhist anymore!

I own my own truck, put in probably 80+ hours/week on the job, do all the bookkeeping for both home & business, but he looks after all of the mechanical & outside (we have 6 acres) work (except my garden), so it works pretty well for us.

Mostly I figure whatever works for each family should be the way it is. I do NOT consider myself a feminist by any stretch of the imagination, I thank any man who opens a door for me, I like, sometimes, to be taken care of, and only ask to be treated with respect & as an equal.

I'm really just another *lost soul*, am NOT like any other woman out there, nor do I want to be. I tend to intimidate the h#ll out of most men   Most think it's pretty cool for awhile to go with a gal who can REALLY look after herself, but then after a bit, most don't really like it too much, as I have found, in my experience anyway, that guys don't much like it if their woman is as good at what they do as they are. Again, in my experience, most guys like to be able to take care of women in some fashion & personally I don't really need that, nor typically do I want it. Most can't get past the fact that I simply don't need a man in my life, I have him there cause I want him there. Even my husband, sometimes has trouble with this, but mostly he has the courage & self confidence to just let me be me.

Hobo, Reb & Roses... this is incredible I find myself agreeing with all of you!

I suggest therapy..... your brain is about to implode!

I once tried to explain to my daughter why men are the way they are & how it is basically the fault of the female species.

How did THAT work out for ya?

My theory goes like this... and my extrapolations/modifications are in red.

1. Women raise a boy that a female will always be there to look after their needs.

Like I said.... Women LIE!

2. A boy goes out in the world to find a girlfriend who will look after their needs like his mother did.

But, after puberty, his "needs" change, and with them his ideals about his mother.

3. Man then marries said female, because she looks after his needs & continues the cycle.

Consider everything from here on to be in RED!

4. Woman then finds the man doesn't look after HER needs, and LEAVES his sorry Azz!!

5. Man then gets confused and bitter, and either looks for a woman who satisfies his sexual needs, or one he can BEAT into submission.

6. Having no luck, man then turns GAY because "guys understand him."

7. Woman, feeling "used" finds a woman who "understands" her!

8. Little Johnny is confused about his "new" parents, but the teachers tell him it is okay!

9. Little Suzie doesn't care because it's MORE cookies for her!

10. Little Johnny grows up blaming his mother, and therefore ALL women.

11. Little Suzie grows up naive but happy, and looking for a father figure.

12. Johnny meets Suzie and thinks she will be the mother he never had, or the wife his daddies never had.

13. Suzie falls for Johnny because he is a "Rebel" and knows how to bake cookies.

14. Johnny loses his job and lays around the house while Suzie brings home the bacon.

15. Suzie is happy but gets "career oriented." Johnny buys some GUNS!

16. Johnny goes postal and goes to prison. Suzie takes a female lover and farms the kids out to a gay foster home...... and the cycle continues!

Hence... WE ( females) actually made you (males) the way you are!!!

So true!! I'm glad we've settled whose FAULT it is!

I think this will be part of the Epilogue.

Don't get me wrong. I don't believe women should be barefoot and in the kitchen! And..... ALL OF THIS WAS IN FUN!..... but, I believe women are not only for raising children..... they are for "governing" the male psyche!

Men are Tactical agents in this World.... Women are the Strategic Force! Armies have marched to glory at the command of Women rulers for centuries! Moreover.... the greatest MEN who have ever led the World, did so under the "advice and guidance" of great Women who stood by (or behind) them. If WOMEN lose their "moral compass" then the World is lost to the EGO of men!

I don't care if you want my job.... or one equal to it. I just question why you would LOWER yourselves to our level? Why would you "abdicate" the throne upon which every child places you to the struggle of the masses?

Women DO make men what they are! Likewise, they make women what THEY are! So, if the World, and America specifically, is screwed up.... it is YOUR fault!

Ask yourselves why marriage is called MATRIMONY (root words Matron or Matriarch) instead of PATRIMONY. I don't have enough evidence to dispute what MEN wrote as being the "Word of God" that a man is the head of a household. In those times (as today) it WAS a "Tactical" position. But, I have no doubt that the WOMAN is the heart and soul of the family unit..... and the STRATEGY behind God's plan!

Who REALLY knows which was created FIRST?? We have only the words of MEN to tell us! The fact is that God could have created an ASEXUAL being that could self propogate had he wanted to. But, it takes BOTH sexes to continue this species! And they play EQUAL parts in the process (okay.... maybe women get the worst of it....) But, MEN don't carry a child within them for 9 months because they are not "wired" to do so! They don't have the patience or committment to do so! They are Tactical, not strategic! God planned it this way!

Many years ago, the call went out "women unite!" I applauded that. But, today I wonder what the GOAL was? Somewhere along the line, it seems, the goal was focused on "equality of strength and Manhood" instead of "Strategic allliance of Womanhood."

In trying to prove yourselves our EQUAL, you GAVE UP your strategic superiority! I suppose this was inevitable, as our ego wouldn't have "allowed" your suffrage movements to give you the upper hand.... but, somehow I believe your movement LOWERED your status in our society! Or, at least, left you SHORT of your goal, or rightful place.

You have followed, somewhat blindly, the poor leadership of your cause. What should have been the "emancipation" of women, became the emasculation of men. And I see no good that can come of that. To REBEL against the sexual objectification of women by promoting the same of men, is to lower yourselves to our basehood. You truly HAVE become as "comon" as Man.

I implore you to rise above your "sexual repression" and choose to be "better" than men, and choose your mates (again) based on qualities of good fatherhood, and intelligence. Perhaps, even Christian qualities and MORALITY. "Ripped" abs become only so much more loose skin, with time. But, a "ripped" mind is forever!

Oh.... and a full head of hair is overrated! [It wasn't 20 years ago.... but I've changed my mind!]

[ I suppose this will all become part of Chapter 5, but SOME of it will be in a later chapter devoted to the Decline of Women.... maybe about chapter 7. ]

Advance purchases are encouraged at the low price of $21.95, as supplies might be limited. Marriage proposals are also being accepted. For an extra 2 grand, I will consider "ripping" my ABS!!

Sorry my friend but ..... I disagree with you on this. .... If there is a thread somewhere in CAD with the topic of .... How everything in this world that's gone wrong is ... a Woman's fault .... I'll come aboard and give my 2cents worth ... :)

Hobo you always make me laugh! Please reserve my copy, I can't wait to read it!

BTW you do have [i]some valid points. I have never considered myself a Feminist. I was raised on a farm, and girl or boy, chores needed to be done. I was never told I couldn't do something just because I was a girl (except the standing up and peeing thing), so it was a rude awakening when I got to High School and was told I couldn't take Wood Shop or Auto Mechanics because I was a girl, especially since these were things I had been doing since I was 10!

I'll admit I started this thread in response to RH's post about the VS model. And if a couple of the guys hadn't started using the term "****ty" this thread probably would have died as quickly as the other one. And since I didn't see any of these women in there bashing them for looking, I'd say we did take the higher road here. We've been accused of not being honest, I think we're showing how honest we really are! We too have a carnal side, no matter what some men believe. Should we be ashamed of that? Yes I like pictures of men, at my age that's about all I get to do is look at pictures anyway. That isn't how I choose a mate, but then I didn't think anyone would assume I was looking for one.

FYI we know we're superior, we also know that it tickles you when you see us slip and fall and you have to swoop in to help us. 8)

Reb, Roses... I think all of us are roughly the same age & grew up in an era when women just didn't DO the things we do... we all broke new ground & paved the way for our daughters to have a better life (we hoped), you bet we made mistakes, BUT I think, we realized our potential! And, yes, we didn't always have the best of leaders to get the things we needed or wanted done, but like the freeing of the slaves, we first had to be recognized as "persons" before we could get anywhere. Remember Hobo, women, not so long ago, and still are in many countries BTW, considered first the PROPERTY of their father until marraige, & after that became the PROPERTY of their husband! We have come a long way, I think. Certainly, there have been many misteps & mistakes, but on the whole, I think we have done pretty well!

Unfortuneately, there will always be a few out there that deliberately take our words & actions out of context & laugh AT us when we falter! (Not you Hobo :D :D )

Sure I like to look at pictures, who doesn't? But, just cause I'm on a diet doesn't mean I can't look at the menu!!! :D :D :D Who doesn't appreciate a bit of "eye candy" once in awhile?

As I stated in a previous post in this thread, I think, I DON'T & never have chosen a man for what he looks like, I HAVE dated one or two of those extremely high maintenance creatures in my time...WAY WAY too much work IMHO...

Hobo.... reserve a copy of that book for me too... I'm sure it will be a best seller!!

Just because a male model puts on a cowboy hat does not make him a cowboy. It seems to me that you are either:

1. in love with the idea of a cowboy, and are posting pictures of what you wish a cowboy looked like, or

2. just like the pictures of male models, and are justifying looking at them by pretending they are really cowboys.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go look for pictures of scantily clad women in maid outfits, so I can start a thread titled "Men, love housekeepers?"

My middle brother ex-Marine recon has been thru 2 abusive relationshiops were he was the victom of the abuse. Domestic Volience goes both ways as both the Abuser and Abusee people. My wife and I met at a mixer of Domestic Volience SURIVORS and that is how things got started with us. Just because I am a large man does not make me mister tough guy. There were many times I almost did loose my temper with the ex and throw her butt threw a wall wish I would have a few times now. However I knew she would have thrown me into jail so fast and nothing I would have said would have made the police believe me.

Well, I'm not making light of the abuse situation...I am all too familiar with it. And no one was advocating beating up on her. My point was that with a 16" height advantage and at 6'6", you're probably running 250ish or so, you didn't have to sit there an take it. And like it or not, you've got a reputation for tall story-telling, so expect people to raise an eyebrow or two. Yes I love the "ideal" of a cowboy. I guess because I've always felt I was born in the wrong Century. I would have been more at home in the time of the pioneers settling this country. Men and women had to work side by side, together, to survive. They didn't have time to agonize over their "relationship", it just was. They knew what needed to be done, and they just did it. The women of those days were as competent of running the ranch or farm as the men were. They had to be, because the men weren't always at home. Is that a "romanticized" notion of how it was? Probably.

My Grandfather was a Cowboy, raised in Oklahoma. At the age of 15 he left with Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show and travelled the country. My Grandmother, was a Prussian Immigrant who at the age of 18 was Missionary Nurse in Africa. They were both very capable, independent people who continued to have their own lives throughout their entire marriage. They had, what seemed to be, a perfect mix of respect, love and independence. Perfect example, my Grandfather designed and built the Church building that I went to most of my life. He drove Grandma to every Church meeting and on Satudays to clean the Church. But I never once saw him step inside the building, but he would be there waiting to take her home when church was over. Grandma did not allow alcohol or smoking in her house, so Grandpa kept his whiskey and cigars in his workshop in the basement. And that's where he went every night after supper. They didn't try to change each other or figure each other out, they were just two people who were married to each other. They took care of each other without ever suffocating each other.

I can only speak for myself, but that is what I have always looked for, a man who would let me be me, and love me anyway. In my mind that's always been a Cowboy.

Wouldn't that make him a "performer"??? I thought cowboys ran or worked on ranches.....

Reb .. its' clear that NO MATTER what we say .... others are going to take it and make it something it 'isn't' .....

I understand where your coming from with your grandparents and how you've always felt. ..... As a child myself I always read the books on the old west .... and always felt draw to that time in place and wish I lived back then. I'm with you all the way on this !

You should be quite proud of your grandparents ... it sounds like they had respect for each other and took care of one another. .... And if your grandfather wasn't a real cowboy ~ there's no way he could of spent time with Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show and be able to enlighten others on how the Real Cowboys lived and handled a horse and etc.. I'm sure he had to be Proud to show off his life style growing up.

Roses, there are a lot of good people in the world, and then there's the rest of them. I've found with BBR's, bullys and Trolls, it's best to just IGNORE them, they soon get tired of the game if they can't get a rise out of you.

I can't tell you anything about the current version of the Show, but back in the day Buffalo Bill was still running it, they were all Cowboys, and he didn't take just anyone.

He drove Grandma to every Church meeting and on Satudays to clean the Church. But I never once saw him step inside the building, but he would be there waiting to take her home when church was over. I don't really care if anyone drinks, smokes, or goes to church or not, I'll respect their right to make those choices as long as they give me the same respect. And yes I see the smiley!
My mother asked me once, when I would get married again, my answer was when I found a man who would marry me and live somewhere else. He can come and visit when I have time. Haven't found him yet! Honestly I know how hard I am to live with and don't really want to do that to someone I care about.

Well I climb up the side of my Iron horse quite often in my KILT, bagpipes in tow and don't ride side siddle. A skirt is probably what your old man wears in his closet and cost $50.00. A 9 yard kilt is $500.00 hahahaaa.

As far as a pre-trip on my truck or climbing the ladder on the tank, glad to accomodate for the right fee. Normally the going fee is $200.00 per gig. However for you lovely ladies in trucking a beer would do. :?

Since I have at least 10 years on you, my range of 'young' is a little broader. :D

I've heard that kids keep you young, mine just give me gray hair.:eek1:

My range is pretty broad, too, Reb!! But...you are right about kids...mine are WEARING ME OUT!!! Especially the oldest (12 years old) and the youngest (19 mo.'s old). I had a little gray hair starting when I got struck by lightening but it was definitely caused by that. Since kids came along...I have to keep my hair colored just so their friend don't ask if I'm the grandma (well, maybe that's a LITTLE dramatic....it's not happening to the three older kids...but, I know the baby will probably get that question). *sigh*

How 'bout them cowboys?!?!

Wait...how bout pic's of guys in uniforms.....post some of those...that will really get the old juices flowing!!!!

Well I do draw the line at anyone YOUNGER than my kids, that's just wrong! :hellno: So about 35 and up. It was a little uncomfortable finding out my youngest daughters boyfriend has my phone number in cell under MILF. I didn't need to know that. :eek1:

My 2 BIL's are a Naval Office (Retired) and a Firemen, so I get to see more than my fair share of men in uniform.

Do you like flyboys??? He's almost in uniform.:o

You're probably right...the majority of drop-dead gorgeous hunks with six packs are not "ladies men". Sad, but true.

But, as a Republican woman, I have to say...that was quite a generalization you made there!

Why it's in Chicago of course. I've been a member (and been doing their books) for almost 30 years. It's a small private gym for serious natural competitors, and yes they do test for steroids! And I haven't met one yet that wasn't really into women. :D There is a reason I am still single! ;)

If a guy hits the gym for 5+ years and can't get 4plates bench /5 plates squat =GAY for certain...I'm joking ...that would make most gym rats gay...

I disagree with that. True they aren't the ones you'll see in the Mr. Universe contests, but they are serious. Personally, I've never been that into the bodybuilding thing, too subjective, especially for woman. I prefer Power Lifting Comps, a little more black and white, the numbers tell the story.

Heck yes test for steroid use! I am under the understanding that whilst anabolic steroids assist in building up of muscle tissue, it makes other, important organs shrink :eek2:

Testosterone and it's derivatives will cause some temp shrinkage of the (testicles only) while on cycle because the body shuts down it's natural prouction of test slowly because it detects plenty already made...now they get full off cycle as the exogenous androgen leaves and endogenus production picks back up...which can take 8wks natural or more depending on how long you were on and what you were on MOSTLY HOW LONG...but proper PCT will have them back bigger than b4 usually HCG/NOLVADEX ...if a really long cycle you would use hcg periodically to prevent the leiding cells from damage from being asleep 2 long on cycle ...HCG mimics the effects of LH lutenizing HORMONE ...But never does the peter shrink ...EVER...that's urban legend ...and when on cycle a girl has never asked why my plums shrunk to eggs ,but then again a natural libido VS a 750mg test-e enhanced libido is no contest a woman gets wore out long b4 the end of cycle .

Everyone should look as good as they think they should, if your happy with what ya got,,,, well you will also be happy with what ya see.....If not.... (well) make a change..If you feel good about yourself then you will also broadcast a great image.. a woman don't have to be a super model........a lil extra here and there is aslo sexy to most (ok Me).. no I aint talkin bout no spare tires and two extra thighs.....portray a good image........or change it...   :moon:
