I worked for Andy :) He is a great guy! However drivers do need to understand you must log legal because when it comes to a legal situation they are going to go by the law, not pitty on your pay etc.
So make sure you are logging legal at all times, even when you are going home! Wait the field and HOPEFULLY someone will get it somewhat comfortable for most drivers, even though you will always have those who don't want to stop running regardless.
Anyhow lets pray something good happens to your pay checks :)
